ABOUT

InfraNext Partners

InfraNext Partners is a team of seasoned investors who have created a differentiated strategy to achieve attractive risk-adjusted returns.

We seek to actively collaborate with management teams and financial sponsors to provide them with bespoke capital solutions tailored to their needs and objectives.

Investments range between $25-150mm, and can be structured as debt, equity, or something in between.  Our focus is on finding the best risk-adjusted returns for our investors, rather than executing on a narrow mandate.

Target companies must conform to ESG frameworks, and societal impact comprises a key component of our underwriting.

Our Team

Scott Troeller and Joseph Dunfee first met in 2013, when two of their portfolio companies were engaged in an asset sale.

In 2018, they teamed-up to launch BlueMountain's Private Infrastructure investment strategy, and spun out as an independent firm in 2021, following the sale of the firm to Assured Guaranty.

Together they posses over 40 years of investment experience, across a spectrum of private equity, growth equity, structure capital, and project finance.  The diversity of their experience enables them to put a modern spin on traditional infrastructure investing.
